Return of Reckoning

When I try to log my characters (both destruction and order) the game simply took me back to the char selection page.
I tried with character in different places (Altdorf, IC, Avelorn...) but keep getting that problem.
Help pls

Today I've seen on my chosen that the first influence reward from Greenskin t3 oper rvr (jewelry) has been replaced with a black guard one and so I can't use it anymore. May I get a new one?
