Rune of Fulmination: 13 pt skill with real debuff cast time of 4s - 1.5s of GCD (reqires Rune of Immolation first) + 2.5s cast time only to apply debuff for 5 seconds (so effectively 3.5 s due to the next GCD), not enough to support a full duration of Rune of Burning. Maybe making it castable ...

WE/WH are the only classes having all in one: offensive and defensive capability to fight any classe, viable escape mechanism, and what's most important - a couple of viable builds. Engie used to have couple of viable builds when it comes to roaming. Now it is basically reduced to AA kiting spec, which honestly is not that fun to play, having mostly SHs, shammies and WEs as a counterpart. Grenadier/tinkerer has been nerfed into oblivion - it doesn't have any burst nor cqb ...
