W/E and WH should be high risk / high reward. Very high burst with limited sustain. What is frustrating is that they get everything.

This is vs a fully geared tank. Imagine how it feels for cloth healers that have had armor tallies and pots reduced. Just criminal.

They have been broken for so long. In short devs don't care. They are average in zergs so no need to do anything.
