Not in a good spot imho. There have been a significant nerf to Choppa's survivability.

When in yellow, you are -25% armor. Detaunt now removes rage so if you get attacked and de-taunt, you go still go quickly back to yellow and lose 10 seconds of higher armor.

Yeah i made the same mistake and thought they were talking about outgoing hd

Don't know what anyone acts like outgoing hd on Choppa is good and defends it's value

Everyone knows if you want an outgoing hd you bring a BG with soul killer basically unclenseable with 100% uptime and it doesn't require your DPS to drop their dmg to apply it

Tanks used to be able to do interesting things during seiges like chosen could decrease enemy dmg output with crippling strikes tactic in the past but that kinda utility has been gutted
