Return of Reckoning

The one and only balance metrics should be an equality of IC and Altdorf City sieges at the period of time. Many years we all see only IC sieges, and RARE Altdorf sieges. Destro have NO advantages. Not 10%, not 20%, not 40%! Destro have NO ADVANTAGES AT ALL. High Elves are still OP race - AMs, WLs ...

As for me, I dont agree with:

1. WE have no stealth now. Too short period of stealth moving.
2. Elixir of Power doesnt work from stealth anymore.

Order should win at all cost, it seems so.

If Destro can't find healers, they should have an opportunity to neutralize enemy healers. Witch Elf on scenarios should have an opportunity to kill any healer in 1-2 sec. This game is strongly disbalanced. As a Witch Elf 80+, I see this problem more than anyone else. Witch Elf is a top-dps class, that SHOULD easily kill Order squishies of any kind. You don't need scenario weapons.
Best pair of knives are Outcast (from BB/BE City Dungeons) + Makharia Blade (from BS Dungeon). All of them need hard grinding on PVE, but it is better and faster way to obtain good DPS then scenario grinding.
