Return of Reckoning

I just had my armour at 85.6%... However, lets assume thats just a bug typo and its 75%.
What i'm looking for is what amrour amount I need at each level to get that 75% because I hate this diminishing returns system where every time I level I get weaker.

I want to know what I need to work towards ...

Is there a table anywhere that lists the armour cap for each level, or is there a formula to work it out please.
Did a search but litteraly hundreds of references for the word armour.

Is it still possible to turn off experience gains? and if so, how do you do it?
I'd like to keep a character in Tier 1 as this has the most fun pvp for me.

RR Level is only 9 since, as posted, i'm only getting a couple of rr pts per kill in groups and can't get any kills outside of a group. So I already have all the top renown gear I can get my hands on.

There never appears to be any people above Tier 1 to group up with for PQ's. Everyone of Tier 2 ...
