I was in High Pass grinding on the Chaos Ruins PQ with my Tinkerer Engineer, I was pulling 8-12 blue monsters at a time, pretty much was a none issue, they were barely getting my Engineer to 60% ish and my turret to 70% ish, never went below those thresh-holds pretty much.
