Return of Reckoning

I didnt find any problem like mine in the Forum

Yesterday i reinstall my Computer.
Today i want to logg in but i forgot my Password, after Reset my Password i can logg in at Homepage and Lauchner but all my Characters are Missing.
When i looked at Armory i found them.
What can i do now??
