Is it possible to undo a deleted char for like 3 months ago?

Those two abilities makes absolutely no sense. I dont know why they didn't take those into account when SH got a rework. But anyway, take them out of the game or remake them for SA.

I usually use

Sneaky Bouncin
Pierce Defenses or All by meself for city/wb
Pick on yer own size
Sneaky Git or Whazat behind you?!
