I use c+c -> c+v to put pass in launcher, that pass, what come in mail. 11 character, the same. Dont work. What can i do?

Hi. Long time ago start play RoR. Then dont play the same long time. Now like return (war never stop) whis my old login. But forget pass. I send new pass on mail, and how you can see, i can write in my login there. But launcher write wrong pass\login. I read in technical support, that need wait ...
