Return of Reckoning

I've relaunched it a few times, and I've even let it sit for like 20-30 minutes (I have a pretty decent gaming PC, so I can't imagine its that.)

I have the game downloaded and everything, and I can even log into the game itself, but when I get to the racial selector where it says; Choose a Race, I cannot see any of the character models below the two banners. I don't know whats going on, I can launch the game, and some help would be ...
