It's a standalone addon called Infoscroller so death blow is not needed, you can grab a test version from fixxers site
You can set it to show death blows, influence, experience, renown gains.

Either you can go for this and go for cd-increaser at rr60. I am using this build and it works very well. The advantage here is, you can use all good dmg tactics and still cap STR. Use STR talismans.
