Same here.
I was booted then that server refused connection message came up during the login.
Nothing to do but be patient and wait for them to work on the server, I suppose.
I'm sure it'll be back up soon.

Well... I deleted one of my characters for a reroll last week, after March 13th reset. Last night we had a patch and server reset, March 17th, and the name is still not available. It still says it's a duplicate name. Any info on why it's behaving this way?
