Are you in a guild? If so, try leaving the guild or ask for a kick from the guild if you can't login at all. And see if that solves the problem. We had the same problem in Nazgul guild, I kicked all guildies and made a new Nazgûl guild and since then we didn't have had any login problems at all ...
