Animation would be part of it, but the main reason is that all of the classes are designed so that you know what class you are fighting against simply due to their appearance.

There are items that do give you alternate appearances, mainly they are event reward items and they vanish if you enter combat. There's the Skaven Cloak that turns you into a skaven, Corrupted Candy which turns you into a skeleton, and there is also a fur hat (that I don't remember the name of ...

Any plans out of curiosity purely of course, for NPC skins? like maybe an item you can pop/potion that gives you the appearance of NPC like a Greyseer/skaven or something? purely cosmetic of course. Always liked messing with stuff like that lmao XD, thanks in advance. I imagine there might be ...
