Return of Reckoning

Need some help to understand my parry values.
Whitout any gear (completely naked) and with no tactics, getstats gives me 22 [12 + 10], and the profile display 20 (8.0 + 12.0). I suppose the 12 bonus is from Reflexes III, but the 10 in the getstats, from what it comes? The 8 value in the profile ...
