Return of Reckoning

After loading into the game I notice all my ability icons are missing. Anyone else having this problem or have suggestions? I've ran the patcher multiple times and the fixer. Still missing.

Not sure this item is working as it should.

clicking on the book (Second Journal of Lliean) is spawning the associated monster (Jezebeth)

however not seeing the tome unlock and related mob not dropping the required item (Icy Heart)

I've killed her almost 100 times and no drop. Is it just bad luck ...

Thx for the reply. Started my healer as primary again and MDPS (slayer) secondary. Let the grind begin. Might role tank instead of MDPS after I see the lay of the land so to speak. But for now it will do
