I am looking for information on supplies, battle objectives, and how both of those weaken/strengthen a keep. I've mostly just been following the herd and taking orders ...

Do all T4 PQs have a chance to drop Ruin fragments, armor, etc... or are there only specific PQs that do this?

Thank you everybody! I actually started farming Ruin this morning and got my first piece. Up to level 30 now, but only RR 18. It has been hard finding oRVR or SC's for the last few levels. But from posts on the forums, that seems to be a universal problem in t2/t3
