Open the Help menu in-game and click the Create Appeal button. There should be an option for Missing Character.

Normally if its by mistake the GMs should sort it.

Hi,

Have you tried to change your password and removing symbols the system doesn't like certain symbols so I would suggest trying to change it and seeing if that works.

There should be one actually called art.myp
