Return of Reckoning

The main heroe loading problem is persisting,

It is working from time to time,
with or without preloading a lvl 1 heroe (more when doing it thought),

i do not know what to do,
help plz

seems to work now,
dont know why thought...

yesterday i used to connect first with a lvl 1 heroe and then log out, and connecting right after with my main character,
it was working fine, since today it does not work anymore (even when creating new heroe lvl1 to first load),
I dont know what to do
