Return of Reckoning

Ok I somehow managed to get it working, still not sure how. But I think finally one of the comands to rebuild performance worked.

Still the same error :/ Dont know if Im doing something wrong... Tried to download game again, but didnt helped.

Tried but got this:
Unable to rebuild performance counter setting from system backup store, error code is 5
