Is there any WELF who wouldnt take Bal over new SS? No there is not. Bal wins anyday since you can get full frenzies while bal does its dmg and bal cant do 3.5k dmg on 3k armour???? Wtf are you talking about : D It very easily does, and doesnt require "frenzied mayhem" tactic to even boost Bal dmg ...

They are the only ones in the game with access to Outgoing HD and Incoming HD.

IB can debuff out HD with tactic and incoming with fortress weapon. Yes, stunties hide this fact.

Welf leap should be removed,and the new aoe skill shouldnt require frenzies, it should build frenzies. And do i remember this wrong, but ranged finisher's were added in Warhammer aor? it was not RoR change if i remember correctly.

If you think Welf having non Critting Witchbrew that is not affected by any of the % dmg tactics except RoR version of Frenzied Mayhem makes any sense because it doesnt, None of the Welf Finishers do Dmg (they do now but you need 10s setup Something that used to be done with ToB + Flanking 30% Dmg ...

Shammy used to be better but it is still good healer. But Something was ninja changed Tactics Greener cleaning/AM tactic used to be 15 years obvious choice, because It stacked with itself and had small absorb with the hot and Am/Shammy could easily use mechanic to reduce Cool down to 3s instead of ...

Slayer/Choppa should get that 3x stacks of executes. And Detaunt should be one of them. By the time you did third execute in a row, you could do 4th because every 1sec rage build up, 4sec to have 1 stack.

Imo This tactic needs to be brought back and made core. And If you are using 2h you get 1 ...

You can't change the whole class mechanic just because of one tactic. That's bad game design

There is nothing in the patch notes that would be so powerful to justify a nerf of this magnitude, it makes no sense.

Besides this particular tactic now comes with a new added weakness ...
