Slayer/Choppa should get that 3x stacks of executes. And Detaunt should be one of them. By the time you did third execute in a row, you could do 4th because every 1sec rage build up, 4sec to have 1 stack.

Imo This tactic needs to be brought back and made core. And If you are using 2h you get 1 ...

You can't change the whole class mechanic just because of one tactic. That's bad game design

There is nothing in the patch notes that would be so powerful to justify a nerf of this magnitude, it makes no sense.

Besides this particular tactic now comes with a new added weakness ...

If a WE cannot kill offensive geared tanks, then what do they have left for targets? How often do non regen specs and non offensive tanks roam solo? Tough enough for a WE/WH to find a fight as it is + as I mentioned before, if there is no sense of danger from a WH/WE in the lakes, then roaming ...

Other classes that solo use regen. Not a big deal. If a WE/WH use it. Then its omg not fair.
