Return of Reckoning

I have done what you had said and I can run the game now but now I get this

I just now installed everything for the game and when I open up the launcher and try to log in I get this message

Error starting: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\Users\Phoenix\Downloads\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\WAR.exe' is denied.
