I'm trying a monstro build mara which is quite fun but dps is really low, how much ws is needed and how much str for monstro build? And what tactics?

That certainly was implemented in AOR. Not just forts but also in T4 zones.
When you brought enough boxes to the keeps, there would be flying mounts on top op the keep, and from there you would fly to the enemy keep. I've done it many times with my guildies back in the days.

In the last years of Age Of Reckoning there was a possibility to fly from your keep to the enemy keep and you could land on their walls. Will this be implemented in ROR? I always thought it was big fun flying there together with a tank and healer supporting the mdps. Or shooting someone on a bird ...

What gear / spec are you using? Coming from an R80+ Sorc, Squigherder, Shadow Warrior I think the Magus is the hardest rdps class to master. You're easily killing 2 Witchhunters, whilst I'm easy kill for just 1 Witchhunter.

I lost count the times Whirling Pin on my SW was not working at all. All I see in my combat log it is being parried or blocked.

I have the opposite experience, but you need BiS gear (warlord/Tirumphant) and assault as main spec to get very good results romaing solo.
