Return of Reckoning

I am still low levels so it may be more noticeable later in the game.... They have it where shammies can load a variation build, I have looked around the forums and haven't run across much... can someone give me the fast run down on what the differences are on a basic level.. Ran the perf counter reset and installed the Launcher you linked to. Same problem.

Ran the perf. counter rebuild as admin and same error is showing up. I can just ignore it and War will start but it shows no way to create a new character
