Return of Reckoning

I was playing for about 3 hours on order, didn't swap to destro but wanted to check my mail on my main on him, but it gave me an order timer of 89 minutes. I then just logged onto another order alt and played for 30 minutes, but then i logged out and the timer had reset to 89 minutes.

I am not sure if it is just me, but every time I try to click links that lead me to https://tools.idrinth.de/addons/ it gives me an error code and that the server isn't going through with the request. Is this just on my end or have the addons moved? I am sorry, I am a returning player

downloaded VinylUI but now my action bars wont let me switch them. Only has bar 1-3 and i cant change if they display bars 4 or 5 rather than 2 or 3

I can't find the addon for Plan B can anyone help me locate it ? I don't really know how to find addons in this place.
