Персонаж оказался на другой локации.Походил немного и снова выкинуло.Выскочила ошибка

1. Start the game.
2. Choose Your Character.
3. Loading location and the game is closed.
How can I fix it?

  Why in the folder with the client is not stored value removed daw to "read only"?

Извиняюсь если оффтоп,но где на форуме ветка с русскоязычным саппортом.Есть вопрос по вылету клиента,но не найду решение(
