Found the fix. i forgot to uncheck the "read-only" on the torrent files.

find the torrented file folders, right click, click properties, uncheck "read only" then apply to all files and sub-folders, and restart the normal loading process.

I am also having the same problem as "mackale" but i chose not to include the long paste.

PQ's were ok, not personally my favorite, but i still did them for item bags and the points... And the only part of PvE that was challenging were the dungeons and the entire LotD area (because it was bugged to all hell)...

The main reason i want to focus on PvE is the lore and the combat with mobs, as soon as i reach the point that i can contend with other players, im not going to shun away RvR, i just prefer PvE.

The main focus was the city takeover for the most part, but you cant really get to that point without PvE to get gear and levels....

ummm.... Neither blood nor bile are programmed yet? nor the other one that i cant ever remember the name of, for level 20?

Ok, maybe not a week ago, but it certainly feels like it.
