Return of Reckoning

Trying to log in to the game but keep getting error "Could not connect to login server". Anything I need to do on my end or is the server having issues?

I think one of the reasons you see more players in the lvl range of t2-3 is because people are more willing to reroll and lvl up new characters now when they can just jump straight into t4 and play with the same people as usual. So numbers would probably get worse if you merge it. But thats just my ...

Im still not quite sure where to put my renown points. Ranged crit? CW? Deft Defender?

Heya. I'm quite new to SH and would like to ask ya'll what the ideal build would look like for a r40/rr40 SH, in WB and/or small scale.

Is WS talismans the way to go or would you choose ballistic?
Where do you put your points on renown training?
What tactics would you say are mandatory?
