At best Riposte needed per-target cooldown so it doesn't proc on the same target too much, that way it could preserve its effectiveness in 1vX and mass pvp environment, as it'll benefit/scale up from being hit by multiple opponents. With the cooldown however being hit by multiple opponents scales it...

I can't seem to find the old school Mercenary SH armor . It had a look of chainmail and some plating, with a metallic hoodie . If there any plans to bring it back or put has it been given to non-set items? IIRC Merc used T3 appearance, and judging by this thread a lot of classes has "lost" this app...

This is weird, why is it even a thing?
Its not like toughness overperforms when its effect is limited by attacker's primary stat

Also if an ability/attack does not benefit from primary stat bonus (str/int/bs) then it will also not be negated by Toughness I have noticed toughness wasn't reducing certain dmg but when asking in /Advice nobody would ever answer my question on this. If what you say is true then that explains all ...

When I tested it, toughness capped 75% of damage (to not reduce dots to 0). Thats what the old info suggests. From what i know at some point there was a change that "uncapped" toughness so it could reduce incoming damage past the attacker's primary stat, so tank with 200strength hitting a tank with...

Anyone got any math on the subject? I have also heard it doesn't matter for pve? Increasing your toughness by 100 is more or less the same as decreasing your opponents offensive stat (str/int/bs) by 100. The calculations in PvE are exactly the same as in RvR. Because all those evil premades can still queue at the same time and get into the same warfront SC and it can't be prevented because otherwise you'd literally prevent people from completing the time-limited event
