I'm making this post on the behalf of a friend, every time he tries to launch the game he gets this message:

Error: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\Users\User\Desktop\Warhammer\ReturnOfReckoning-March2020\Warhammer Online - Return of Reckoning\art.myp' is denied.
