This lockout/debuff system is fundamentally broken. I logged in to a destro character who was in the warcamp in an inactive zone and never left said warcamp. He received renown from the previous day when fighting.

Swapped over to my Order characters and 90-minute debuff.

- Lockout now gives you a debuff with a 90 minute timer (from your last renown gain) that blocks XP, Influence, Renown, Contribution and any rolls/drops of crests in the RvR lakes.


I think this is clear but want to make sure with a not infrequent situation I run into with my own play style ...

I suspect if you put in an option for "getting crests" it would actually have the most votes instead of the one for kills.

You never slot Focused Offense (and complain about it). That is the point of it and nobody does it except those looking for a YOLO experience.

Also SM is the "dps" tank you are looking for based on your play style suggestions and even then it still isn't an actual DPS and never will be. Knight ...

Also, the proposal would, as written increase blobbing. Knowing exactly where the main enemy force concentrations are will make the strong warbands go there to hunt renown. The PUGs and other random adds follow the main warbands to get what they can get.
