Being able to immediately tell what class+race an opposing player is by a split second clance is critical to the overal design of this game. This would remove one of WAR/RoR's strongest art design decisions and to put it politely is nonsensical to remove it. No.

Skimming over Bright Wizard skills and tactics, they debuff corp, not ele. The only ele debuff on order is from the knight aura I think.

Yes the kill tasks are a bit skewed too. For order technically you’ll need to be pushed back to lighthouse to even get the kill count up which is a bit counter intuitive. If you’re playing well that shouldn’t even happen which makes the task harder to complete.

DPS Runie seems viable for solo and small group rvr-roaming. Decent AP drain, decent dmg, catches people off-guard.
There are a bunch of dps Runepriests running around that you could maybe ask for advice, most prominent one seems to be Antifrizz.
