2009 WP (Tyrant) OP as all hell, but man, it was fun. Pre-nerf Tyant proc + Focused Mind was disgusting. what was soo good of the 2009 tyrant set lol Reduced cast times by 25% or 50% cant remember. It was pretty much up all the time. Also WP didnt have many issues with Righteous Fury at the time ...
