What were the changes in today's patch?

Sounds a bit ironic the event name just in the same day of the nerf patch. Also, no changes for the most beloved skill rampage.

Theres no ability rework in here..just a big nerf. Weak classes being more weak like choppa and op classes like SL perpetuating even whit the nerfs.
