Return of Reckoning

I logged onto my account today and found all of my characters seem to have been deleted. Is there something occurring with the server which would account for this?

If not, someone please advise me who I would contact in an attempt to rectify this concern.

Been awhile since anyone has posted in this thread but I saw it and thought I would express my feelings on the matter.

I love this game. I consider myself fortunate to be able to play it, and I am grateful to those who are running it. Thank you, and keep up the good work.
