Old School tech runs this game 100% playable :)

There is only one Realm in this game. There are, however, two factions. The people that hop from one faction to the other faction deserve a name that reflects the actual state of the game.

Xrealm = Multiple servers

Xfaction = Multiple factions

I am interested in downloading the game to give it a shot as it appears WildStar is breathing it's last few breaths. However, I am getting a 404 error from the seeded download option.
Can I get some advice on what to do?
