Hello, I can't get the Brightstone Chunk from the Brightstone Deposit at the start of right wing in Mount Gunbad, needed for completing the quest "Death in the Depths"! is it a Bug, do I need a tool to get the " Chunk from the Deposit, or do I get the Brightstone Chunk elsewhere?

Hello, I was wondering how to put my Tactics.. and if its woth spending on Avoidance tactic for pve dungeons? how much avoidance does Heroes and Lords have?
