I am glad you brought up exact examples so we can talk about it. Yes modern MMOs tried to push the philosophy of "You can play whatever you want", and all of them failed terribly about it.

I don't think any tricks or illusionary changes will make BOs any more important - just like we could see it from the last RvR change. No one cares about BOs still.

I think Scenarios should be focusing on fast and easily accessible games to people who otherwise don't have the time to properly group up in RvR and just want to have fast quick fun for 30 minutes or so.

This is a very bad idea. The RVR game is already simplified to the level of a kindergarten.
