It needs to happen as soon as possible because the game is degrading in quality day to day and there unfortunately exists a point of no return in my opinion - that will also affect any future made changes to RvR or Small-scale.

I don't think I know any other MMO or game out there where its community is using like only 10% of the existing game mechanics, only RoR sadly.

Worst is that it's celebrated here, and anyone trying to do something about it, villainized. Now most changes, balance and design is built around this fact ...

For some reason moving the d3d9.dll into my root folder for RoR does not seem to work. I also have added the dxvk.conf as well per the guide. But the game will not launch.

Is this a new issues since the video guide is 3-4 months old?

In my view this game is fun because there are no 100% mirrors, and it's still unique in its own way.
