Character names are unfortunately not enough for us to assist in recovering lost accounts - it is vital for you to try to remember the E-mail that your old account used.

From there you can also initiate the Password Recovery process through the website.

There is no patch planned for this week. The dates we stated are rough points, we do not share exact times exactly because as a volunteer project anything can happen that might cause minor shifts in our plans.
