The PvE part is included anyways, because you need a +24 talisman, wich comes from pve allready. Like i proposed before in the other ...

There are a number of simple rules that will make any WP popular.
1) If you want to heal in PvP, use a book.
2) If you want to heal in PvE, use a shield.
3) If you want to hit people in the head, use a 2h.
4) If you're fighting 6v6, you may need a shield at some points

Actualy, if you are so convinced that dok is so superior OP, why you dont play one by yourself? In your opinion it sounds like the best of the best what mdps has to offer, so reroll and enjoy the power of dps dok with all his "unique" abilities.... You definetly should play one by yourself before ...
