HOTFIX

[General]

- Fixed an exploit with renown training. A result of this is sadly that EVERYONE has been reset on mastery and renown training.

[Fortresses]

- Raised the portals to fortresses even higher to avoid getting lost in the mist of all the people.
- Lowered the artillery damage from stage 2 to 700 (down from 1000) per flag. This is because we dont have (and dont intend to have) a healer to cure ress sickness in forts.
