- In fixed* quests completed objective waypoints will now disappear from map and minimap.
- In fixed* quests quest finisher will now be marked on map when quest is finished. Currently works only until player relogs. Approximately 99% of quests should have it now.

* fixed means DB gits must implement new rules for quests. This might take a while, but functionality is ready.

- Fixed ~300 PQ broken stages
