[Scenarios]

- Drop bomb scenarios bomb explosion timer has been increased to a random value between 60-80 (up from 50-80).
- Domination trigger has been tweaked to happen if one team has more then 12 kills over the opponent AND the loosing side has less then 50% of the score of the other team AND it cannot happen if both teams have at least 10 kills.
