- Corrected an issue where siege would get lower HP in lower tiers.
- Spawning siege will now show a message in zone even if unguilded.

- Corrected some errors about tok numbers. (messages would incorrectly state number of times something was done to unlock).
- Fixed an issue where the unlock for talking to 10k NPCs while naked would unlock when you only talked to a 1000 NPCs
- Fixed an issue where the system would not clear you being in deep water while naked, thus making those unlocks impossible.
