Developer related code is waiting on a later hotfix to be fully implemented,
I'm including them in the patch notes as a precursor to the actual implementation.

[The Midsummer Hunt is on!]
Wargrimnir
Each of these lairs have been flagged for RvR. Anything goes. Nearly got the boss killed, but a group of enemies came in at the last minute to wipe you and steal the kill? Good. That's what they should be doing. Or perhaps, that's what YOU should be doing. All of the bosses will have reduced respawn timers (30 minutes, to lessen the slight negative side effect of occasionally having to battle your own realm for the kill. Good luck!
This event will last until Monday morning EU (late Sunday night NA). If you miss the cutoff, these particular quests will be disabled until the Beastlord questline receives another update in the Spring of 2018. (New bosses and questlines will be introduced with the September 2017 update)
Fixes to Broken Things
- The Fires of Ulthuan should no longer be repeatable when you first acquire it. Instead it is repeatable after you finish the token quest. It is no longer a pre-requisite to have the quest in order to take the quest (because that makes no sense).
- Malachia and Tezakk should be respawning properly now.
- How all this stuff broke while the quest was disabled?
