[Scenarios]

- Improved allocation of objective score in Blood of the Black Cairn
- All flags now give some points in Blood of the Black Cairn. Every 4 seconds they give 1 per tick for closest ones, 2 for middle, 4 for the ones near enemy camp. Previous was 0/5/10 every 6 seconds.

[Dungeons]

- The buttons at Ard Ta Feed work again.

[Misc]

- Health/AP/Morale updates sent to client are throttled at maximum once every 250ms, this should improve client performance when taking a lot of small hits in a short amount of time.
- Setting bragging rights works again
